Prepare the weekly report. Preserve the record behind it.
Bring your reviewed payroll records into a WH-347 preparation workflow. PaidReady keeps the source facts, human confirmations, signature, and correction history connected so your team can follow how a report was prepared.
Build a draft from payroll records that have reached the appropriate reviewed stage. Inspect the workers, work dates, classifications, and payroll facts before moving forward. Missing information needs attention; the system does not invent identifiers, rates, or reporting facts.
02
Confirm the facts that require a person
Your team confirms fringe, cash-in-lieu, and apprenticeship reporting facts and reviews the required declarations. Prepared data is not a substitute for the signer’s review. Declarations are never pre-checked and a prepared report does not automatically become signed.
03
Sign with explicit intent
Signing requires a fresh password check, a typed name, and explicit confirmations of intent and authority. The signed record binds the submission and declaration content. Signed submissions and their artifacts are preserved; corrections produce new records rather than rewriting the original.
04
Keep submission separate from signing
Download the prepared output and follow your recipient’s required delivery process. Recording a report as submitted means your team recorded sending it; it does not confirm agency receipt or acceptance. Review the format and delivery requirements with the recipient.
Confirm the fit for your project
WH-347 preparation does not include automatic agency submission. State-specific reports and direct portal integrations are not available today. Your team remains responsible for reviewing the report and certification.
