READYCHECK + EXCEPTION REVIEW

See the finding. Follow the evidence. Coordinate the next step.

A payroll finding should help your team understand what needs attention. ReadyCheck evaluates enabled rules against available records, while the exception workflow keeps ownership, discussion, and correction history together.

01

Understand what the check found

Findings identify an exception or missing information under the enabled rules. Review the supporting source records and calculation details where relevant. Checks use the requirements your team recorded for the project; they do not decide which laws apply.

02

Put the work with the right person

Assign an exception, set its priority, add review comments, and track activity. Project and financial permissions govern the information each person can see. Payroll staff and reviewers can coordinate around the same finding instead of maintaining separate correction lists.

03

Correct the source and rerun

Make the appropriate correction in the source workflow, then rerun the checks. The system determines whether an exception meets the resolution conditions on the corrected run. A person can dismiss an exception after review with a required reason and note; dismissal is distinct from correction.

04

Keep an explainable review history

Findings retain their rule version and supporting evidence, and review activity adds to the record. No exception found under enabled rules and available data is not a guarantee of compliance. The workflow helps people investigate and document decisions without turning them into a score.

Confirm the fit for your project

ReadyCheck is a deterministic review tool, not a compliance certification or legal determination. Current coverage is a federal Davis-Bacon / CWHSSA foundation and generic payroll checks. People remain responsible for applicability and review decisions.
